Opportunity for a UCP to join our ever-expanding team of clinicians!

• Contract – Permanent
• Hours – Full-Time, Part Time
• Location – Same Day Health Centre, South Parade, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2DJ
• Salary – £21.31 to £24.38 an hour Depending on experience

Main duties of the role

The role involves working across all areas including but limited to the Urgent Treatment Centre, The Same Day Health Centre, the ECP home visiting service and the OOH triage services. The post holder will provide expert clinical history taking, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans in line with local policies and NICE. In addition, you will give clear and concise communication to colleagues and service users, Liaising with secondary care providers as appropriate via pathways if applicable. Furthermore, the post holder will practice safely and effectively with the patients best interest at the core, work within own limitations and seek expert help and advice when needed.
