Van Driver (Truck Parts Delivery)

We are looking for a reliable, professional Van Driver to maintain a regular delivery service/sales service of truck parts to our customers throughout Kent, East Sussex & South East London. In addition to deliveries, your role will involve, picking parts, loading the Van each day, advising customers of parts promotions and maintaining delivery paperwork. It is likely that you will have the opportunity to drive both diesel and electric vans.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate: –

• a good knowledge of the delivery region
• experience of planning delivery routes to maximise efficiency
• excellent customer care skills
• ability to “upsell” parts promotions
• helpful and friendly disposition
• smart appearance
• standard (car) driving licence

Hours: – 40 hours per week

• Monday – Friday: 15 am – 4.45 pm. ½ an hour lunch (unpaid).
• You will also be required to work every other Saturday morning. Authorised overtime over 40 hours per week is paid at time and half.
