Vehicle Preparation Coordinator

Sytner Chigwell is looking for a Vehicle Preparation Coordinator.

Your role

Sytner Chigwell is looking for a Vehicle Preparation Coordinator to join their busy Preparation Team, helping to deliver the highest standard of vehicle presentation and preparation and champion the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

You will be required to

• Maintain the displays in our prestigious Showrooms and our Used Car displays to BMW/ MINI audit standard.
• Ensure the Sales department and its customers receive cars that are prepared to the correct standards and are delivered on time with all fitted accessories.
• To photograph all vehicles in appropriate surroundings to present the best opportunity for marketing and achieve Manufacturer and Sytner photo ratio targets.
• Supervision of battery charging and the production of price boards and environmental labels to comply with Government requirements.

Your profile

If you are hard-working, organised and process driven, hold a full clean driving licence and have a good understanding of IT this could be the role for you.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to work to deadlines, be a team player and be determined to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
