Job Description

This is an opportunity to be an integral and fully integrated Videographer at Nest Property Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires a high competency level within the realms of video production, video editing and IT skills as well as exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.

Video Editor Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and taking down cameras, audio recorders, lighting and microphones
  • Filming video productions for both brand films & property videos, either on set or on location.
  • Monitoring field audio.
  • Taking on client brief and planning the shoot with our creative team and the client.
  • Maintaining the equipment inventory.
  • Edit video for clients in on-brand manner and in accordance with brief objectives.
  • Liaise with the creative team on behalf of clients to communicate project goals and outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with clients and support office staff in a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High-Level Competency within the Adobe Suite. (Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition)
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics
  • Strong general IT proficiency in wide range of creative and administrative software
  • Great communicator and relationship builder - we love what we do and have fun doing it!
  • An eye for detail and a creative, unique approach to storytelling
  • Impeccable time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced creative agency

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Honours degree with a concentration in film, digital media preferred.
