As we continue our fast growth as a company, we’re looking for an ambitious and talented individual to capture the business in video and share it with the world. You will be responsible for producing micro fly-on-the-wall vlog videos (think dailyvee by Gary Vee), property showcase videos and other marketing material. We want someone that is transparent and honest to match our values - and helps us communicate this to enhance our reputation as a market-leading short-term (airbnb) accommodation provider.

You’ll have proven experience of high-quality video recording and editing. You should naturally possess curiosity and a desire to understand the company and our customers, as this will translate into more engaging content. Plus, be able to create awesome video content to keep engagement, create eye catching thumbnails and able to measure their success by tracking data. Energy, creativity, enthusiasm and positivity should be characteristics that you display on a daily basis, all whilst contributing towards the high performing team culture at the company.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrate high quality work whilst achieving deadlines
• Be organised in managing a range of different tasks at once, prioritising appropriately
• Be digitally strong and comfortable with using a range of online software
• Video creation for a range of channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
• It would be beneficial to have demonstrable social media experience, optimisation results and analytics tools knowledge
• Proven experience as a videographer, content creator or in social media marketing is essential
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Photoshop
• Video and graphic editing
• Recording of high-quality video footage indoors and outdoors

Responsibilities

• Recording and editing raw video footage
• Delivering micro-documentaries/vlogs on the company
• Repurposing content into Shorts and micro formats
• Creating property and area promotional videos
• Creating eye catching thumbnails, titles and descriptions
• Distribution and optimisation across social media platforms
• Reporting on performance and analytics to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
