Our vision is a world where all animals are respected and treated with kindness and compassion and our mission is to ensure animals have a good life by rescuing and caring for those in need, by advocating on behalf of all animals and by inspiring everyone to treat them with compassion and respect. • recruit new volunteers
• provide training to new and existing volunteers
• be the main RSPCA contact for volunteers
• be responsible for passing on relevant communications to the volunteers
• develop volunteering policies and procedures
• carry out volunteer interviews and assess suitability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £14,605.50-£20,319.00 per year
