Waiting Staff

The Cross Keys is an award winning, stylish Gastropub located in the center of Sherborne, with a fully equipped kitchen and 70 seater restaurant. We have an experienced team and we are looking for some highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team.

We are looking to recruit extraordinary waiting and bar staff for a high end gastro pub in the heart of Sherborne.

This is a busy pub at the heart of the town and offers great food together with professional and friendly service. We are looking for passionate staff, who'll provide extraordinary service and are interested in all aspects of restaurant life; service, food and wine.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current or previous experience working as a waiter/waitress/bar work
• Impeccable guest service skills whilst being enthusiastic, engaging and approachable.
• Be well organised and work effectively and efficiently
• Open to learning our menus, food and wine.
• Be able to interact with guests
• Be expected to work well under pressure in a busy environment

This role is an ongoing position for individuals who want to be part of creating a new exciting culinary experience, to further their career in Hospitality and to have fun as part of a team at the same time.

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
