Waiting Staff

At A La Turka we are looking for reliable and friendly staff to join our team. You will be working at one of the most popular Turkish restaurants in Kent.

Previous experience is not required but it will be a plus. Customer service is all about the right attitude, if you have it our customers will love you! Our team is big-hearted and very talented, they will support you from day one.

As part of our team you will:

Have the opportunity to deliver authentic hospitality to all of our guest. We pride ourselves with providing an amazing experience when it comes to dining in our restaurant and making our customers feel like home.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Provide exceptional quality service to our customers in a quick and efficient manner in like with the restaurant standards
• Remain calm under pressure, be comfortable in your ability to multi-task.
• Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage products.- We will provide and excellent training during your trial shift!
• Meet and greet customers, take orders, serve and take payments
• Be able to understand customers needs and dislikes.

SKILLS:

Big smile!

• Great energy, positive attitude, team spirit.
• Previous experience as waiting staff would be ideal.
• Have great communication skills, a sense of humor and a welcoming smile.
• A keen eye for details.
• Ability to work with a welcoming, friendly demeanour even on a hectic day.
