Walter Scott - Client Operations Analyst: Reconciliations

The purpose of this role is to support the Reconciliations and reporting team in all daily tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all periodic reconciliations
• Liaise with custodians to resolve outstanding differences on client accounts and accurately record all issues.
• Ensure all client assets are reconciled against custodian records on a monthly basis, any differences over 30 BPS must be investigated and a full breakdown provided.
• Prepare month end additional reporting for client specific requests
• Timely responses to audit requests
• Assist in the Client Take On (CTO) process
• Ensure all processes are compliant with ISAE 3402
• Support the team in various daily and monthly ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist with team related projects when required
• Monitor the Reconciliations mailbox and ensure all queries are responded to promptly
• Updating of departmental procedure manual
• Pooled Funds cashflows as administered per the team’s procedure manual
• Prepare the K-1 schedules for distribution to all interested parties
• Prepare the Funds’ Audited Financial Statements for distribution to all interested parties
