Description
Food Wholesaler supplying pubs, restaurants, cafes, tea rooms, Nursing Homes and Schools in East Anglia. they are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant apprentice.
Main duties include:
- Order Picking and checking
- Goods In – checking and putting away of deliveries
- Warehouse tidying and cleaning
- Online orders picking and packing
- Food Safety Compliance
Day to day contact: Other warehouse staff and Head Of Operations
Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English at grades 4 or above desirable.
Training to be provided
- The learner will be studying the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
- Day release to West Suffolk College.
- Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
