Warehouse Operative - Late Shift

DLF Inkberrow is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for their afternoon shift at their site in Inkberrow, Worcestershire.

DLF Seeds Ltd is a market-leading supplier of grass, maize, game cover, and fodder crop seeds to the agricultural, amenity and domestic markets.

As a warehouse operative, you will be asked to work in all areas of the warehouse including production, dispatch, and goods in. You will be involved in:

• Picking, packing, and palletising boxes ready for shipment.
• Ensuring that all boxes that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
• Storing and rotating stock according to established processes.
• Along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for reporting any missing or damaged goods and keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy.

The seasonal nature of the business requires weekend work in peak periods; interested persons should be aware of this before applying.

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• A team player with good communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Good attention to detail
• A Forklift license and a full Driving license are essential for this role.

Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 1.00 pm– 9.00 pm (with some weekend work)

Salary: Competitive Depending on experience.
