Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated warehouse operative, with good time management skills the ability to work alone or part of team.

This role will report to the Warehouse Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

Receipting goods, checking quantities / serial numbers against paperwork, taking note of damaged or missing items and locating by hand / forklift- stacker truck.

• Picking and preparing goods for dispatch against paperwork by hand / forklift - stacker
• Loading / unloading vehicles
• Bagging and labelling of stock (parts / tools / chemicals)
• Replen of tooling/parts/chemical containers for movement to sites, including weighing / measuring and photographing.
• Yearly stock take
• General housekeeping / cleaning of warehouse
• Work closely with office team to ensure all paperwork is receipted / located correctly.
• Delivery of emergency parts to sites

Person Specification

• Warehouse experience minimum 2 years
• Good Communication, numeracy & organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Possibility of overtime / on call during peak periods
• Clean driving license
• Microsoft office essential / dynamics 365 - SAP - desirable
• Forklift license (essential counterbalance - reach truck / stacker desirable
• Familiar with handling hazardous materials desirable – training will be given
• Pat testing - desirable – training will be given

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
