ProDog Raw is an Award-Winning natural raw dog food company with a growing customer base. We need Freezer Picker/Packers that can keep up with a fast paced and ever changing company, who puts the customers at the heart of everything they do.
Your duties will be varied and will include:
- Picking items from the walk-in freezers
- Picking orders from a customer order form, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Packing items into appropriate sized boxes and labelling them correctly.
- Scanning orders throughout the process to keep the customer and customer services team abreast of the status throughout the journey.
- Raising any quality concerns with packaging to ensure the customer only receives the best.
- Adhering to on-site health & safety.
- General Housekeeping of your work area and keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles as required.
- Carry out freezer checks if required.
- Support with stock takes and highlight any stock shortages to the Warehouse Manager.
Our ideal candidate:
- does not need experience as full-training will be provided.
- does need a strong work ethic, this is a small team that rely on each other to pull together to do a job, sometimes going above and beyond to meet demand.
- needs to be reliable, honest and driven.
- should take pride their work at all times.
- should be able to undertake a physically demanding role.
- should be available for the core hours of 8am-4pm, however be flexible on working days and willing to work outside of the core hours when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50 per hour
