Warehouse Shift Leader

We are now looking for a Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team at our brand-new facility in Coventry where they will assist our operations team. The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing business and sector. The role involves making sure we reach customer expectations by ensuring operational targets are met.

Role Description:

• Tracking hours worked within your team to allow for accurate allocation of resources.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Facilitate efficient movement and storage of goods.
• Assist in training members of staff on your team.
• Monitor productivities and activities on shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Previous experience within a similar role and industry.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to build good team working environment.

Package Details:

• Salary: £27,000.
• Company Pension Scheme.
• 20 Days Annual Leave Per Annum + Bank Holidays.

• On Site Parking.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday (2.30pm – 12am) and Sunday (8pm – 12am) based at our Coventry Site.
