Doughboys Group are currently looking for a enthusiastic Business Support Exec to assist with the daily customer and business operations within our food distribution business at our offices in Reading, RG2
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm | Friday 9am - 4pm
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per Annum
Requirements:
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have an eye for detail & have a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated & able to work in a team & independently
- Have good initiative and time management skills.
- Have a can-do attitude & not be hesitant to get stuck in.
- Be ambitious & keen to develop their career
The Role:
- Assisting with new & existing customer enquiries and support requests
- Maintaining positive relationships with our key customer accounts
- Raising orders for product and warehouse supplies along with reviewing inventory levels
- Supporting with weekly Imports and logistics
- Assist Marketing with tasks such as reviews, strategies and implementation of campaigns
- Keeping all systems including CRM and ERP up to date with all relevant information
- Assist with organising Events & Exhibitions
- Support with managing our Distribution and Retail network
