Full time Warehouse Administrator near Exeter Airport - immediate start!
A fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Administrator who has confidence around computer systems and enjoys working in a family friendly team environment.
Based on the outskirts of Exeter, you will be joining a great team to support various key administrative and invoicing roles within the warehouse distribution division.
Public transport is available
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm - 37.5 hours per week
Pay is expected to be £12 per hour
Duties will include:
- Invoicing all the shipments for same day, using JD Edwards/CBS system
- Logging shipments on various courier websites
- Checking invoice lines with pick notes, making sure all lines have been invoiced
- Updating systems with all shipment details
- Checking customers details to ensure shipping instructions are correct
- Load shipment collection notes and invoice information onto spreadsheet
- Download reports from various courier portals/websites
- Complete customs entries for all European shipments
Required Key skills:
- Good IT skills, Excel for various spreadsheets.
- General confidence around computer systems and programs.
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and good timekeeper
- A sense of humour and a good team to work ethic
- Be prepared to assist in the warehouse with other duties as required
