As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40 hours (plus overtime at enhanced rates) per week on the Monday to Friday shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £11.72. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Organise small a team, including planning workloads and delegating tasks
• Creating a productive environment using appropriate strategies
• Managing KPI's for team performance with daily review
• Performing customer service functions including interaction with customer
• Assisting supervisor in day to day running of operation
• Ensuring all H&S incidents are reported through appropriate platforms
• Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals
• Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Ideally an FLT licence
• MHE experience would be very advantageous
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
