• Experience of working in a contact centre environment ideal, but not essential! We have the tools to teach you

We are currently working from home and have a flexible approach to maintaining a home/work life balance.

Full Time:

Monday – Friday, 3x 9am-6pm, 1 x 9.30am-6.30pm and 1 x 10am-7pm

1 Saturday every 4 weeks, 9:30am-2:30pm.

Part Time:

Various hours available.

What you will earn:

Full time - £20,000 basic plus generous commission and a structured career pathway that could see you gaining Industry recognised qualifications and promoted to Protection Adviser within 18months, and if that wasn’t enough- many more vitality bonuses (see our website for partners and rewards www.vitality.co.uk)

Part time - £depending on shift pattern/hours, plus generous commission and many vitality bonuses.

Job Purpose

Your role will be to speak to individuals who have enquired directly on our website or via a third party regarding Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify warm leads for consultants to advise on a private insurance policy that best suites the individual’s needs. Providing a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will deal with both individual and team targets.
