Waste Disposal Operative

We are currently seeking Waste Attendant Operatives to work for one of our busy clients based around the South East of Kent.

Candidates who wish to apply must be open to travel to some of the different sites listed below

The job entails working within a team to help keep the site clean and tidy, assisting members of the public to unload heavy items and directing them to the correct areas of the sites, so customer service skills is a must.

This will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Candidates who apply must be able to travel to at least, two different sites.

Shifts times are:

Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:30 with a 30 min break unpaid.

Sunday 08:00 16:00 with a 30 min break unpaid.

You will be working no more than 6 shifts per week with at least 2 days off.

Pay rate: £9.50 per hour

To be able to work for this company you must first complete a 4-hour induction.

Own transport is essential due to needing to travel between sites.

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Ongoing Assignment
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
