Water Field Technician – West

Due to 4* internal promotions and growth* in our Water Field team, IWNL are currently recruiting for a Water Field Technician based in West, to provide field support to the Water Asset team.

Responsibilities will include -

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
• Liaise with office-based teams to address issues and incidents as they arise
• Oversee work schedules and inventory to ensure works can be completed within given timeframes
• Ensure that all assets comply with the technical and regulatory standards
• Respond to customer queries, meter exchanges and crossed meters
• Respond to incidents and isolate problems where possible
• Provide reports on works carried out to ensure they are in line with agreed SLA’s

What we’re looking for –

• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Water industry
• Experience of working on sites
• Proactive attitude
• High attention to detail
