Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Web Officer on a contract basis, working full time hours.
The role can be remotely provided full right to work checks are completed. We cannot offer sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Digital and Web Product Manager and services to create, edit and publish online content on our digital channels
- Work with services to create, edit and publish content for the website using the content management system, to enhance online customer interactions and information.
- Ensure the website is easy to navigate, with clear information that enables the customer to self-serve 24/7.
- Identify and develop content improvements for the website and customer portal, encouraging high quality, customer focused, easy to use transactions.
- Gather usage data and prepare data reports, to help inform decisions and improve digital services.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience updating websites using a content management system
- Experience writing digital content, taking complex information, and making it easy to understand
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of transforming and improving customer journeys
- Basic knowledge of HTML
