Job Description

Web Replenishment Analyst

You will support the drive for online sales and stock availability by working closely with GXO, iForce, Web Trading and Merchandising teams. You will have customer orientated thinking, as well as understanding the basics of the web operations. You can work to deadlines, think outside of the box if required to get things done to drive accurate RO builds and stock plans.

How you will deliver it

You will drive availability & sales by working alongside the suppliers and Merchandising teams to ensure healthy stock pipeline, minimising both over or out of stocks through forecasting seasonal/trend curves.

You will work alongside the trading teams to ensure all promotions and events are planned and executed to the highest standard.

Support the maintaining of Web RO through reviewing sales performance and forecasting uplifts based on historical trends.

You will support efficient seasonal changes. Maximising sales and reducing any markdown risks

You will support the promotion of relationships between all multi-channel teams

You will be end customer focused by keeping availability at the forefront of everything I do

You will work closely with GXO/iForce and their colleagues to forge strong relationships to improve our efficiency and ways of working together

You will support delivering products on to the website that are relevant and profitable for the Dunelm online proposition

You will be proactive in my approach and bring solutions to the table for any problems encountered

You will actively look for ways to keep everything we do simple allowing time for us to focus on the customer and selling more or reduce costs.

You will Use the system and tools to the best of their capabilities

You will Support my manager and team when seeking out and realising improvements to our system and processes
