Weekend Receptionist - REMOTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing company on a part-time weekend basis. We are looking for someone to join our team booking in emergency patients on a Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 2pm.

The job role involves working from home and answering phone/email inquiries from emergency dental patients during evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This role would suit someone with a dental background however full training is given.

The main duties will include:

• Answering the emergency phoneline and responding to patient email enquiries
• Booking and managing diary appointments for the on-call dental teams across multiple locations
• Taking payments

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Good geographic knowledge of the UK
• Previous administration or reception experience
• Computer literate

The role is for 2 weekends a month, 8am to 2pm, both Saturday and Sunday, we are looking to fill this role ASAP. Although this is a remote position the successful candidate will live within a commutable distance of our head office in Eastleigh, Hampshire, for training and team meetings.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £12.50 per hour
