We have an exciting opportunity within Clumber Park's Visitor Welcome Team. Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, you'll play a core part in providing fantastic customer service to our members and visitors.
Contract duration: Fixed term contract until 29-Feb-2024
Some weekends and bank holiday work is expected in line with Clumber Park's operational requirements.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the year. You’ll work 1080 hours over the duration of your contract, which will be around 30 hours per week.

Clumber Park, with its rich animal habitats, is perfect for a spot of bird watching and offers an ideal escape for a picnic or family stroll; a haven for wildlife and people.

Visitors are a vital part of what we do, so you’ll be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to all our visitors, every day. As a Welcome & Service Assistant, it’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is excellent, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of their visit.
