WordPress Developer

Href Agency are looking for a WordPress Developer to join our growing team immediately.

The person we are looking for will be proactive in developing their skills and technical ability as well as enthusiastic in delivering pixel-perfect work. Situated in Altrincham, you will be part of an easy-going team and dynamic environment.

Href Agency has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2019 and we continue to grow. Due to our recent success we are now looking for another WordPress developer to help us build even more websites!

We work both from the office and remotely, we do ask that the successful applicant works from the office a few days a week as we find this very productive when project planning and managing multiple projects. We are also happy to allow our team flexibility with their working hours. As long as projects are delivered on time and to high standards then we are happy. We do ask that applicants are based within a comfortable commutable distance from our office to allow us to get together regularly

We provide our team with all of the tools to produce high quality work in a relaxed environment. We do ask our developers to be client facing and attend client calls/meetings when required

Responsibilities for the WordPress Developer role include but are not limited to:

• Develop websites using high quality, clean code
• Fully test your own work
• Attend client briefing calls
• Maintain communication with the wider team
• Actively learn & develop your skills
• Help/advise other developers with new ideas

Required skills for the WordPress Developer role include:

• HTML5
• CSS (SASS/LESS)
• jQuery/JS
• WordPress
• PHP
• MySQL

WordPress Developer Bonus requirements:

• Shopify
• Drupal
• WooCommerce
• Laravel (Or another MVC PHP framework)
• React
• PHP Unit testing
