Youth Engagement Advisor
Location - Exeter and cover for the wider South West region
£24,500
Ingeus are looking for new Youth Engagement Advisors to join our expanding NCS recruitment teams. Are you a passionate and dynamic person who knows they would be able to engage and inspire young people? Then we are waiting to hear from you.
As our Youth Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sign-ups for our programmes, working closely with other members of our face to face team, promoting the NCS experience in our priority areas with local youth organisations and in school assemblies.
Along the way, you’ll be helping young people develop skills that’ll help them smash their future goals.
We are looking for Youth Engagement Advisors who are easily able to access the Exeter/Somerset area. The successful applicant would be able to easily access youth groups and schools around this area.

This is a very fast paced, no day is the same type of role and will suit someone who likes performing and entertaining groups of people, someone who likes to be part of a dynamic team, or perhaps a recent graduate who is looking to start their career working with young people and helping local communities thrive.
To be one of our Youth Engagement Advisors you will;
This role will be covering the Exeter and Somerset areas with some cover for the wider South West Region
You will also work on one of our programmes overnight for at least three week of the year, so that you can experience the full NCS magic and see first hand the impact we make to young people's lives.
NCS (National Citizen Service) exists to engage, unite and empower young people, building their confidence so they can achieve their dreams, no matter where they’re from or what their background is.
