As a Delivery Specialist you are responsible for creating a delivery experience that our customers love, ensuring great quality and acting as ambassadors for the Cazoo brand.

We'll provide all of the training that you need including accreditation to drive our single vehicle transporters and immersion into our customer service mindset and brand ethos.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering vehicles to customers in their chosen delivery slots, using our optimal route planning software then safely loading vehicles from/to the transporter
• Providing extraordinary customer service including timely communication to keep customers informed of progress and then craft a truly memorable moment when presenting their vehicle as well as dealing positively and effectively with customer questions and queries
• Completing accurate quality assurance checks on all vehicles to maintain high standards, ensuring any damage is noted before and after loading
• As a business that strives to meet customer needs our deliveries are seven days a week, including early starts and late finishes. Shift patterns reflect these requirements, but we'll always ensure appropriate rest and down-time.

What you need

• Excellent communication skills with prior experience of successfully operating in a customer facing role or environment with enthusiasm and charm
• A great eye for detail and a focus on quality, taking pride in your work
• Confident driver with a full UK driving license (no disqualifications in last 10 years and no more than 6 points currently)
• Physical ability to load and unload, enter and exit vehicles
• Good decision making and problem-solving ability, able to think on your feet with a can-do attitude
• Wants to work as part of a collaborative and close-knit team
• C1 Driving License
