You will work alongside our excellent team of Advisers on specialist funded services to provide a high quality and responsive administrative function for the team. This includes some client contact, managing appointments and updating cases to provide a seamless service to clients.
You will have experience of administrative work, a good telephone manner and be well organised with ability to prioritise your time. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent IT and word processing skills. You will be contacting vulnerable clients to make appointments and support any ongoing client work, so you will need to be empathic and non-judgemental in line with the organisation's values.
