Architect

Adjoin is hiring an experienced Architect to work on a mix of high end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and motivated all-rounder with two to five years experience.

They should have excellent technical and design experience in delivering projects through from schematic development to construction with a good understanding and knowledge of contemporary detailing.

• Knowledge across all work stages with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in detail design of high end architectural and interior projects.
• Knowledge of technical standards and building regulations.
• Preparation of client presentation documentation and design packages.
• Experience in creating drawing packages for design intent, tender and construction.
• Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative, Sketch-up (or similar 3D modelling)
• Ability to produce high quality rendered images. Physical model making skills are also very welcome.
