The successful Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving construction / refurbishment contractor and will receive unrivalled industry exposure working on a broad variety of projects such as Office, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Health, Commercial and Education.
Duties
- Provide support to the QS/Estimating team on all tender and live projects including client agent services.
- Working within a small but successful team on projects ranging from £.5m and £10m.
- Lead with the estimating of projects to ensure we receive full contract documentation.
- Generally, ensure all matters in relation to the tender are understood, including contract terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Construction experience, or gaining the first step
- Someone who has the capability to work both in a team and independently.
- Degree or Qualification in Quantity Surveyor.
- Ideally have experience within the Assistant QS role.
Hours 08:00 - 17:00
Salary Depending on experience (please inc expected base in application)
