Business Travel Consultants Hybrid in Aberdeen - required for this expanding business travel company based in Aberdeen . This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company , assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultants to work on both marine, oil & gas and mixed corporate accounts using either Galileo , Amadeus or Sabre . They offer a salary upto £32k and will be working shifts between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri and some weekends on a rota basis approx 1 per month with a days off in the week (late shifts and any weekends based at home) . This role can be office or hybrid in Aberdeen
Business travel consultants duties
- Working on marine, oil & gas accounts and mixed corporate accounts booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
- Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS
- Providing visa advice
- Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective travel option available
- Making changes and amendments and reissues
Business travel consultants skills required
- Business travel consultant experience
- Strong GDS knowledge either Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre
- Shifts starting from 8am ranging to 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends on a rota homebased late shift /weekend
