Sol-e-Mio Cafe is a small business in North London. We are supportive, collaborative and engaging. We are seeking an energetic and customer service-oriented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they enter the cafe and providing them with menus.
• Taking customer orders.
• Cleaning and maintaining the cafe, including wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and taking out the rubbish.
• Following all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure that the cafe is compliant with health codes and regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure that the cafe is operating smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
