CHC Children's Nurse Assessor (Remote/Full or Part Time)

Eden Brown Synergy are actively recruiting for an experienced CHC Children's Nurse Assessor for a one off 3 month contract on a remote basis. Our client are a market leader in partnering with continuing healthcare and social care teams to deliver independent, standardised and improved pathways.

EBS are looking for an experienced CHC Children's Nurse Assessor to review 4 high-cost care packages across a 12 week period.

Your responsibilities for this role include:

• Completing x4 high-cost care packages.
• Working with children or young people who have complex healthcare needs.
• Receiving and reviewing checklists from members of the multi-disciplinary teams to identify the need for a full assessment.
