In this role, you will be handling customer queries from first contact to resolution. Working as part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner through taking the time to understand the needs of each customer. Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries you will ensure timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems within agreed service levels and targets.
