At VEED, our mission is to make video creation accessible to anyone.

No hard-to-use equipment, painful learning curve, or keeping track of multiple subscriptions to take your ideas from record share. With VEED, you can do this with a single tool.

In just a few years, we’ve gone from one user to millions. From no revenue to $12M+ ARR. From bootstrapped to backed by Sequoia, one of the biggest VC firms in the world. From a team of two to a team of 160+. And we’re seeking more talented, motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.

About the team

You’ll be a part of the User Growth group within VEED. This is a cross-functional group made up of teams of product, growth, engineering, design and marketing where everyone supports each other to achieve the biggest impact possible.

The group is self-sufficient with a culture of “a startup within a startup”. You’ll work within the product-led growth team side of the group, and help supercharge our user growth.

Our entire team is remote (and always has been).

Our team is smart, energetic, extremely talented and driven. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we all love what we do. When we love what we do, we aim to do it at a world-class level. We’re constantly learning.

What you will do

• Create a high volume of SEO landing pages to drive business results through appealing visual communication
• Produce visual assets (product images, motion graphics)
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to build coherent messaging across different channels
• Support SEO team through experimentation and optimisation of conversion rates
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with a variety of stakeholders

About you

• You are a business-minded designer, looking to create an impact through the work you produce, while keeping focus on user needs
• You research and use data to inform your decisions to optimise your design solutions
• You automate your workflow to deliver fast a high volume of assets with high quality
• You are keen to iterate to achieve the best performance of the design deliverables you produce
• You approach growth with an experimental mindset, and encourage different inputs and perspectives
• You love a fast-paced startup environment, that empathises ownership, autonomy and critical thinking
