The Role

Based from Telford HQ and working closely with the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of works, please see below .

The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the interview stage.

• Hard Landscaping
• Block paving / paving slabs
• Fencing and barrier repairs and installations
• Repair and installation of street furniture
• Painting
• Minor general building maintenance tasks
• Carrying out basic risk assessments in relation to daily works and implementing suitable control measures.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Positive can do attitude.
• Proven experience in handyman/hard landscaping/maintenance
• Ability to communicate at multi levels with staff and clients.
• Good equipment knowledge and hard landscaping skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational ability, with a fine eye for detail.
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with the potential to be required to work weekends, Early starts and occasional stayaway may be required :

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Telford, TF7 4NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Any qualifications relevant to the role
