Graduate - Production

Our production team are looking for a focussed and solution driven graduate who wants to be part of our graduate scheme where you could potentially be fast-tracked into a future leader role within our Manufacturing Operations team.

After completing the first year of the graduate scheme you will be enrolled onto our CMI (Chartered Management Institution) level 5 qualification as we love to invest in our colleagues.

You’ll have a well-rounded view of the production role.

At the end of the two-year scheme, subject to your performance you could have a permanent role and potentially on your way to having your first leadership role of your career with Aston Martin

The scheme:

This is a two-year rotational scheme, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our 5 key technology areas:

• Body construction
• Paint
• Trim shop
• Trim and final
• Offtracks

We’ll also ensure there are suitable rotations within wider Manufacturing Operations such as Supply Chain or Quality.

Timescales

• Week 1: Onboarding Week with fellow Grads
• Week 2 – Week 6: Manufacturing rotations
• 1st year: Department Rotations
• 2nd year – Home department and enrol into CMI

What you need to join the Aston Martin Graduate Scheme:

• 128 UCAS points at A-Level or in an equivalent qualification
• A minimum 2:1 predicted or gained within Automotive degree focussed any discipline.
• Commutable to Gaydon – this is a fully onsite role.
