Health Care Assistant

Safehaven is a Domiciliary care company based in Cardiff. We are looking to recruit caring, compassionate and positive people who truly want to make a difference to the lives of our Service Users and join our friendly professional team. This is a very rewarding job helping vulnerable adults live as independently as possible and live a better quality of life.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate a positive approach, have a warm and friendly manner and be dedicated to their job role.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Must have a full UK driving license. Enhanced DBS check is mandatory. Registration with social care Wales will also be supported.

We provide numerous care services to our Service Users which enables them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. These include:

• Assisting with personal care
• Listening and engaging with Service Users
• Administering medication
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic duties
• Social visits
• Shopping calls
