Hostel Receptionist

The Full Moon and Attic Bar is an independent, family run, multipurpose venue on Stokes Croft in Central Bristol, with a bar, hostel, pop up restaurants, nightclub and guest house all rolled into one!

We're looking for a fun and dedicated candidate to join our busy and vibrant reception team here at the Full Moon Backpacker Hostel!

We are looking for someone with;

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
• Enthusiasm to learn the daily operations of the hostel and guest house
• A friendly manor to engage with guests, in person, via email and via phone
• A passion for travel and culture!

It is essential that the right candidate for the job has;

• Previous experience in customer service
• Great customer service skills
• Computer literate/good IT skills
• Great time management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour

We operate a strict cleaning protocol, ask everyone entering the premises to sanitise, ask anyone with illness or symptoms of illness to stay at home and have a staff testing policy in place. Further measures taken when required.
