About the Role of E-Commerce & Technical Support / IT Support / IT Support Officer / Support Technician / Support Engineer:

• Acting as 2nd level point of contact for any customer technical issues.
• Troubleshoot POS, software and payment gateways and
• Support credit card processing applications.
• Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures/checklist.
• Offer solutions to customers’ issues and become their trusted partner.

Requirements

For this position you can be either:

• Experienced in E-Commerce & Technical Support.

OR

• Recently completed IT Training/Studies with a keen interest in E-Commerce technology (we have a great training plan!)

Ideally you will have:

• Experience of IT Support.
• Knowledge of API, API Calls.
• Experience of CRM systems, software, and hardware.
• Passionate about serving customers.
• Creativity and a strong desire to solve IT problems.

Desirable

• The ability to speak a 2nd EU language.
• Knowledge of PrestaShop, Woo-Commerce Shopify and other plugins etc.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
