We are looking for a Manual Turners to join a marine engineering company in Havant. This role will see you machining both batch and bespoke parts for the marine industry. You will be working with steels and aluminium to machine winches, balustrades and hatches which will be exported all over the world.
You will be mainly carrying out Manual Turning although you will get the chance to get trained on some elements of CNC operation. Also carry out self- inspection of parts you produce.
There is a lot of overtime, this agency role has real scope for longevity and development as well as the chance to go permanent.
Salary £14.40 to £16.25 per hour
The above includes the shift allowance 20% for earlies and 25% for lates plus Overtime
Normal shifts are either 6am till 2pm or 2pm till 10pm
