As a Meetings Events (ME) Executive you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! As part of vibrant team you’ll be supporting a cluster of hotels to ensure that all ME customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

If you’re our ideal ME Executive, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Produce proposals for all ME enquiries in line with customer requests
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities
• Work closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detail
• Gather feedback from clients – we love repeat business!
• Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers
• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer service

About Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes

On a tree-lined street in the city centre, this low-key hotel is 7 minutes' walk from Milton Keynes Central railway station, a mile from indoor ski slopes in the Xscape building, and 2 miles from Gulliver's Land amusement park. Understated rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities, as well as sitting areas. Room service is available.
