Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, including project management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes, workflows, and policies to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the effective use of resources and cost optimization.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, setting short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the medical education or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,885.00-£32,837.00 per year
