Optical Advisor

Full time experienced and none experienced Optical Assistant, up to 40 hours per week..

We are looking for full and part time Optical Advisors based inside the Manchester Arndale. We are expanding our team and are looking for keen, customer focused candidates to come on the journey with us. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity and want to work with approachable directors and welcoming staff this opportunity could be perfect for you.

The role:

• Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service
• Performing pre-screening eye health checks
• Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
• Dispensing glasses
• Helping customers choose their frames
• Fitting and repairing spectacles
• Contact lens teaches
• Administration duties
