Goonvean Fibres Ltd is a manufacturing company, exporting high quality short cut fibres globally. Its manufacturing base is in Cullompton Devon.
We are looking for candidates that are keen to develop an operational understanding, have a engineering interest and ability and wish to learn all aspects of manufacturing cut fibres.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- An understanding the key parameters needed for control and safe operation of a manufacturing process
- A good understanding of basic Health and Safety requirements
- Able to perform in a team environment
- Understands ownership of work
- Conscientious approach
Desirable
- Experience of a manufacturing quality system
- Engineering skills or aptitude for further development
- Forklift Truck qualifications
- Data capture of activities
Details
- Company grading scheme allowing quick progression
- 40 hour week; Monday to Friday.
- Day Shift working Hours 07:30am – 16.00pm daily.
- Occasional overtime available
