Choreograph Create is a dynamic advertising platform built for WPP agencies, enabling brands to achieve better outcomes through the power of addressable, data-driven creative. The Create platform caters to the full end-to-end process of producing, activating, and measuring the success of dynamic advertising campaigns. This includes modular template creation, managing complex decision logic, and the activation of campaigns through programmatic integrations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Global Partnerships and Innovation team. Our team’s goal is to foster a culture of innovation and unlock incremental growth opportunities and first-to-market capabilities for our clients through:

• Elevating and Streamlining Innovation
• Agency Engagement
• Impactful Strategic Partnerships
• Innovation Strategy Development

This role is part of the Programmes and Operations pillar of the team and will gain exposure to strategy and various areas of subject matter expertise. The role will focus on supporting strategic programmes dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, responsible investment and collective intelligence at Choreograph and GroupM globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supporting programmes and operations team with day-to-day tasks to meet our objectives and deliverables on projects in a timely manner. This includes documentation, project plans, progress reports and scheduling with all stakeholders in all active markets.
• Monitor progress across all projects and proactively flag any potential risks or issues, making sure all of the team members are aligned and informed
• Support in building and maintaining online innovation communities around our key initiatives and areas of expertise
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our processes and our ways of working
• Coordinate internal and external communications, webinars and events

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Project management qualification is a benefit, but a good understanding of different methodologies and approaches to managing projects efficiently is a must
• Great organizational skills and detail oriented
• Desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and focus on high-priority items
• An understanding of the media industry and ad tech is a plus
