About the store

Specsavers Upton has been part of the local community since 2019 and enjoys a great location inside a large and busy Sainsburys. This is a highly affluent area and is reflected in the store’s profitability. The store has a strong weekly turnover and strong continued conversion at 61%. The partner will be a driving force in the store’s continued and future success and will be required to work closely with the remaining partners to create a winning formula for further growth for the team.

Requirements of the role

Alongside being an experienced retailer with experience in Optics, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to succeed. Ideally you will be a dispensing optician with a proven track record for success. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
