We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our Group's busy accounts office.

You will be responsible for:

• Locating transactions on sales ledger
• Allocations of payments received and of discounts
• Emailing copy documents to customers.
• General office duties including filing, archiving etc.

In addition to the above you will receive training on covering other team members in times of absence. This will include cash handling, visas and daily reconciliation.

Hours of working are 37 ½ hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Salary: £20,319.00 per year
