Department: Finance, Reports to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive credit control ensuring thorough saturation of ledger
• Monthly KPI achievement primarily focused on overdue debt
• Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
• Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash
• Assist with Month End activities and reconciliations
• General housekeeping of the Accounts Receivable ledger

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience an AR role/shared service centre highly desirable
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish, Italian and English
• High attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset
