Job Description

SUPERVISOR

To ensure the smooth running of the Indoor Golf Centre whilst completing Open and Close Shifts. Safety, Service and Standards will remain the key focus on shift as well as the day to day management of the Centre and team members.

Your role will consist of running the operations on shift and managing the team as well as having an active role in sales, managing enquiries and promoting our services to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, training, leading and motivating the team.
  • Dealing with Customer Enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  • Open and Closing of the Centre
  • Assisting in the kitchen area when required
  • Ensuring all food areas are compliant with EHO and audit procedures.
  • Manage all food orders with deliveries and correct stock level
  • Promoting the business for corporate and children’s birthday parties, handling enquiries, outreach and high volumes of outbound calls.
  • Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety procedures, Customer Service Standards and uniform policy at all times

  • Proven track record of managing a team.
  • Proven track record of food & beverage experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Capable of working on own or part of a team
  • Highly motivated, proactive and able to make decisions independently as required
  • Excellent Customer service Skills

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Maintain a smart appearance

Requires evening and weekend hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: £11.22 per hour
